We have had many storage facilities over the years. We have a storage unit, and we park our 5th wheel trailer and truck there. This has been the setup we have had other places where we have lived and before coming to Titan some time back. Right off the bat Denise went out of her way to meet our needs and we have been pleased since day one. The facility is spotless and well maintained. And Denise is so great! This is, by far, the best place we have ever been - without question.

I have rented from Titan for over 6 years and had several units of that time, Management has always been superior, site clean and well cared for. I would not consider any other storage facility... They are number 1 in my book ....

I am very happy with the RV storage at Titan Green Valley. It is paved, level and very clean. Easy in & out. Friendly office, Denise is very helpful.

My husband Don and I have been using Titan Self Storage for several years. First we stored our motorhome there and then decided to down size to a travel trailer. We have always received fast, courteous service from Titan and have enjoyed getting to know Denise Lowman who is always there to answer any question we might have.

Signing up and working with on sight employee was great. Would have given a 5 star but finding a dead mouse in my unit on first entry is a bit disgusting!

They called to try to get me to leave early, were offended when I asked if they would pro rate to make both customers happy.

Sandy and her boss are a pair to draw to. They are so hateful I can only wish many more years of life because to die early is only for the good. Make up their own rules that are not part of your agreement and call the next day. I am serious very sad example of the human race. This company must be hard up for people to run this location.

We paid for this Storage on the 1st of the month. We traveled over 1000 miles total, 400 the day of arrival, to Tucson to unload our belongings on the 7th into this Storage place. The first thing you need to know is their hours suck. We were unaware that we couldnt get into our Unit, even though we PAID UP FRONT for it. It was charged to our Credit Card immediately so we assumed we could go there and unload our belongings the day we arrived. Not so. They close at 3PM and you are SOL If you arrive after that time, dont think for one minute you can open the door and unload your stuff after a 9 hour drive in a Penske truck. After several calls and waiting almost an hour (thinking they lived on site, but obviously NOT) we were told we had to come back the next morning. Im just wondering if there isnt anyone on site how safe is our stuff? I dont mean to be mean but weve used other storage facilities and this one is the worst. Weve always been able to get someone to help us if theres a need since normally they live on site. Not here! I think they need to hire someone thats a bit younger and able to do the job. This lady is very slow at responding We were told by another tenant who was unloading his stuff good luck getting anyone to help you out. Hours are 9-3.. Who works 9-3? The people that oversee this so called Manager tried their best to get ahold of her while we sat there waiting. Just be aware that there appears to be nobody on site after hours and if there is they certainly dont go out of their way to accommodate you. Nothing was explained to us when we made our initial phone call. You have our money, now do your part and tell us what else needs to be done to accommodate us should we arrive 5 minutes or even one hour after you leave the premises..Its very frustrating. Had we known we wouldnt have gone out of our way to get there. Normally I dont post reviews unless I want to warn people, so they know what to expect. Be aware!! Arrive early. We will see how this morning goes and why they cant make this process a bit easier. Ill try to post a follow-up.
